My role extended beyond creative direction; I collaborated closely with the executive team, presenting a compelling case for the need for a standalone website, which I successfully achieved within a tight budget. My leadership involved coordinating with cross-functional teams—spanning IT, design, marketing, and business stakeholders—to ensure seamless integration and alignment of the website with ECIB's strategic objectives.
